Need help diagnosing IMA/battery troubles
26 refers you to 36. Step 38 is "substitute a known good BCM." and then a "known good MCM" in step 42.
I'm going back to the P1515, which doesn't appear in the manual. I wonder if a bad BCM or MCM could throw that codes. It may be time to try a new BCM. Ebay, salvage yard or maybe check with Bumblebee batteries in Portland. They may have some spares.

And we have a winner! Bad high voltage fuse within the battery. Odd that it was intermittent. The cold mornings where it worked must have been because of contraction in the gap, then as the battery warmed up it would break again. Hopefully a one time thing and not due to another issue.
oh crap, this is what i may be looking for! Exactly where can i find this fuse? Can you show me a picture? Cant seems to find it on my 2008 honda civic hybrid. Thanks in advance!
I can't remember exactly where it is on the junction board, but if you look at the picture above where he's testing the fuse, you can find it on the junction board on the battery.
Hi,
I couldn't find a photo of mine, but the fuse is the 100 amp fuse labeled as #1 in the attached part photo. You need to take the "lid" off the hybrid battery to access it. It is on the underside of the board.

Thank you so very much. I'd never dear to venture in there. This fuse... where can I get it and how much would it be? Amazon selling for $80 ?%#@$#
I paid about $65 for it. Just search online.
This one has it for $40
