Like To Buy Hybrid Lic. Plate Frame; Where?

I've only been asked about my MPG once and it was the day I got my car. The first stop I made with it at Walmart, a friendly passerby asked, how do you like that? I had to respond "I'm not sure yet, I just drove it off the lot" I wish I would have had the chance to rant and rave about it like I can now!

Steve, that NH case you cite reminds me of a similar case in Maine awhile back. A motorist angry about the socialist govt. robbing him blind 24/7 changed the "Vacationland" slogan at the bottom of his plates to "Taxationland". The state went after him and, unfortunately, he lost. But IIRC, he got in the last word by getting a customized frame that covered up the official state slogan with his own!

I posted a poll regarding the GreenHybrid's own license plate frames here: license frame suggestion.
Unfortunately for this excellent site, I got impatient and ordered a custom plate from someone else. (I happened to choose this dealer and was happy with price and quick service.)
Here is a picture.
Unexpectedly, many people don't get it! Some misread the second word as "OFF" instead of "OPEC".

Yes, even the new car dealerships had to stop using them.

Yes, there's a 'new' law (2003) regarding the following: What *is* illegal is to obscure the letters and numbers on ones license plate in Texas through the use of stickers, tinted license plate covers or other means that make the plates harder to read. Source: Snopes.com
Most license plate frames do not obscure anything other than the "fiddly bits" of the decorated license plates, and/or part of the state name/slogan. My Photoshop-edited license plate signature (to keep from broadcasting my Lic# for no reason) shows exactly how little of the plate is obscured by a fairly large gauge license plate frame.

Just a quick question: ![Embarassed](https://electricvehicleforums.com/forums/images/smilies/emotikons/embarassed.gif)
Last week I ordered a license plate frame from the GH store. I picked the Gas-Electric theme (less controversial)... however, the typical canadian license plates while having compatible dimensions have the renewal stickers at the bottom on the license thus requiring the frame to be inverted.![Sad](https://electricvehicleforums.com/forums/images/smilies/emotikons/sad.gif)
This would still be ok provided that the license frame I bought does not have the decal messages on them already. Is anyone able to confirm if the decals are user applied? If they are not then I will have a problem and I may have to re-order the decals. If so, can this be done? How much?
Thanks
MS

There is away to get around your situation. You can go to a shop and have them do your Custom License Plate Frame Stickers. I just did it.
Then you can Appply them on the Frame you just ordered. Or have them put the New Custom Stickers on the Frame for you while you wait.
If I get the time I will Post Here Mine so you can see what I am talking about. It is really easy to do. Very Low Cost out of your Pocket.

Here is an Example of Changing the Original Names and putting what you want and where you want them on the Frame:

The other Frame as you can see has the Green Hybrid Logos:

Thanks, it looks great. ![Teeth](https://electricvehicleforums.com/forums/images/smilies/emotikons/teeth.gif)
However, for it to work for me I would have to invert the cover because the yearly renewal license stickers are on the lower left and right corners of the plate. As you demonstrate with your exmaple, your renewal stickers are on the upper left and right corners.
The decals that come with the GH plate cover will work well - if and only if - they do not arrive to me with the decals already applied. I guess I'll see when they arrive.
