Florida appears to have a lemon law in affect for new cars covering the first 24 months. You might be outside that range, but perhaps the date you first reported the problem locks you in.

I've known a couple of people in California that have returned cars (never a Honda) under the lemon law. It works.

I did call to try and see if my vehicle qualified, but they said that there was little they could do. I am still fighting the issue. It will be a very long time before they can think I am done with fighting this issue.
