Am I the only one who had my radio code sticker'd in my glovebox?

Mine came on a sticker stuck to a card in my glove box. (which i removed for safekeeping).
I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to sticker it in.

In my old car (2001 explorer sport), I left the 7 in LCD display on all night (yes, with the keys in ignition and all) and in the morning it was still going!
You know, i didn't know leaving the lights on would kill both the ima battery and the 12v engine battery - call me a n00b.. (since i recently got the car, anyway..) but actually, the lights were left on for nearly 2 days..

i wish the hch would have automatically shutting off headlights.. that tinkling melody just doesn't do it sometimes..

geez, i suppose that explorer had some battery, eh?

It probably didn't kill the IMA battery. Your lights run off the 12V. Every time you disconnect the 12V battery, or the 12V battery dies, the computer has to re-calibrate the battery. The car does not actually measure the state of charge of the battery, but rather keeps track of the usage, displaying what the SOC should be.
