How does my HCHII know its raining?
I live in South Florida. We don't get a lot of rain, but almost every time it does, even if it is a light rain, the auto stop stops stopping without me changing any of the car's controls.
Anyone know how/why this happens?

It works for me in the rain, unless I switch the defrost on to clear the moisture off the inside glass. Autostop won't work in Defrost (with A/C on). Perhaps that's your situation?
