I would guess it would drop to probably 25 MPG-remember the car still uses little gas and the CVT is efficient...
I remember driving a Chevy Blazer (which incidentally we just bought a Trailblazer as our other car) to Las Vegas from LA and hitting 95 the whole way. I think I only needed to fill up in Barstow and Vegas with a 20 Gallon tank so I can't see the Hybrid getting too bad mileage at that speed...

The oil will be at about 50-60% life so the engine is pretty primed.
Honda engines are designed to run at very high RPM for long periods of time. That is why VTEC is so successful.

Be safe going that fast you crazy cats...
I do believe our cars cut out at 112 mph... this is bad for any gas engine due to lean/detonation conditions (caused one of my previous hondas to blow)...
And when i say i believe... this is in reference to page 168 of our owners manual
