The first topic that has moved me to actually post--Yes, the head restraint is awful! It's not so bad for me (5' 7"), as I like to have the seat back leaned back, but anyone who likes to sit up straight complains of the head-forward problem. Have tried cushions, but they are cumbersome at best. Still looking for a real solution.

BTW, I just turned over 5000 miles and this is my first complaint.
