It is probably your IMA, at least one of the battery stick is probably really depleted.

I think so too... Hopefully the battery will crash before the warranty is out. My fuel efficiency is now averaging 34-35 mpg, down from about 42 mpg city+hwy. I want the car to function like a hybrid rather than a regular, less powerful civic!
