"clunk" sound when braking

"clunk" sound when braking
Hey
I have started to notice a "clunking sound" that is in time with me taking
my foot off the brakes. Seem to do it more, louder when the brakes are cold/cool. Any ideas?
Oh ha 2007 hchii with 45k, no loss of braking or anything like that, just an unusual noise.
