Auto Stop feature questions

Thank you everybody for the good tips and advice. Usually when I need a little defrost, I go with the defrost and floor mode combination, not the dedicated defrost button. This mode is not as effective for heavy fogging, which I was experiencing on my long road trip. The combination of rain, 3 passengers, and one panting beagle made for a lot of window fogging which required the dedicated defrost (though not on high). I am just happy to know that the lack of engagement of the autostop is not a maintenance issue. Thanks again!

It would be nice if there was a display of say 6 dot on the console saying AS will engage.

If all green then AS. If the 3d one was red no AS because ... the fan is on high.
1 = eng cold, 2 = imf batt low, 3 = fan... etc. ( hey Honda, s'called feedback ) ( and I mean that both ways) ;-)
