I hope she got her problem resolved. Be it a good repair or a new car or her money back to purse a different car.
It is extreme to start thinking money back or a different car tho. We have had a few problems with our 05 Accord and our 06 Civic. Both EX Sedans. The Civic had a lot more issues to deal with then the Accord. But it was also early production of a new gen.
There is still a issue with the engine hood on the Accord. Doubt that will ever get solved. And Im sure my wife will bend it up sooner than later, so it will end up with a new one at some point. If she ever gets the bumper cover fixed that she tore up. I mite get back in the game to get the defective hood replaced.
As for the Civic they took care of everything to date.
