Alignments are an art, you can get a bad one at the dealer or the local tire shop. The big deal is are they going to set the alignment to the range or are they going to set them to the preferred (exact) specs. That said I don't think the civic has adjustments other than toe, might be wrong though.

How often does this service need to be? In the manual, at 110 K miles they say check valves but my dealer says every 7 years or 100 K miles.
