Serp/timing belt

Serp/timing belt
I have a 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid, 1.3 L manual
Has anyone changed the Serp/timing belt in the 2003 to 2005 years?
I'm kind of wondering what is going on with this thing.
This guy's belt wouldn't fit the thing to by-pass the compressor and had to go with another:

Additionally, putting the A/C compressor back on, Bando's recommended belt doesn't fit either:

So does anyone know which belt they use? Everything looks original in my car so I can't quite figure this out.

Re: Serp/timing belt
I have been running with a NAPA Micro-V AT 040395 Belt to bypass the A/C compressor for about 4 weeks with no problems. I waited to return home from a trip before ordering a replacement clutch and pulley, since the original belt snapped when the pulley failed some 4000 miles from the end of the trip. I am on this very day putting on the pulley and the BANDO 4PK1615 belt, and was just trying to find out the tension specs when I saw this thread. The belt fits my 2004 HCH MT just fine. Is your tensioner released sufficiently? The fit is tight if you don't slack it off quite a bit.
Good luck.
Good luck.
