I was going to say second pic.

What's the purpose of your teardown? I'm thinking about tearing into mine to replace the start clutch.

My 2003 hybrid tranny blew up its belt. So I bought a used one from recently accident damaged hybrid. And freshening the friction material and whatever o rings I can reach.

I'm just about finished. We'll see how well I can follow pictures and directions.

Nice. Did you pick up a full rebuild kit?

If so did it include frictions and steels for the start clutch?

I'm contemplating tearing into mine as my start clutch chatters like crazy under anything other than a very careful take off from stop.

Only 110k miles but when I drained the fluid it was definitely the wrongs stuff in it.

I put the correct stuff in and when doing it I loosened the valve body to get more old oil out. I ended up getting just over 5qts out.

Tried burnishing a few times and it didn't help.

Start clutch getting very annoying!
