3 time charge discharge, a month of no IMA lights
2003 Original Pack. finally threw a IMA light
removed battery pack from the car
cooling fan blowing hard into the battery pack during entire 3.5 days.
Two constant Current APC 35-350 LED drivers. grid charged for 16 hours,
discharged with 80watt (two 40s in series) incandescent bulbs to about 10 volts. didn't bother with the bigger wattage then changing bulbs. was two 40watts the whole tim.
repeated twice, full charged battery to 190volts then maintained it for 12 hours, then down to the teens. each time with 4 to 5 hours of rest.
reinstalled, cycled 12v battery, drove around neighborhood.
been 2 months now of regular use, and no IMA and good driving.
