Yes Canuck you are right they did not include the sleeve kit. Pembroke is in Ontario Canada by Ottawa. Let me know how the tires do in the snow, I have not made a desision yet.

The tires did real good on the ride home through snow and ice. I am very pleased with them. Hopefully, they will extend my life expectancy.

Well lots of snow here now. The original tires that came on my Tahoe are not that good in the snow or ice. Looks like I am going to have to install snow tires or an off road tire.
