off to the dealer...
to drive a crew cab duramax silverado. I love my Yukon but that 97 mph thing really sticks in my craw. I hate to go back to euro trash fast 4x4's but when you try to support the US economy and then get slapped in the face. I really need to have less principles but.......
From a credible source. Depending on options, axle ratio, and tires you may experience the "fun governer" at about 96 mph.

last week at Reno as my GM contact was traveling through. the duramax easily exceeded 100 mph towing a 40 ft horse trailer with a 32 chev in the trailer. He told me that they havent monkied up the duramax turbo diesels...at least the 2010's but he did say the 2011's are going to get screwed up to make sure I am safe!
oh wait it IS a truck....duh. guess i'll keep the yukon and pursue 100 mph in other ways. I have never owned a car that won't go 100...this is just plain odd.
