new issue for me
Three times now at the car wash IF the engine is turned off when they are doing the drying, its completely dead when I try to start it. no lights no bell for the key nothing. I opened the hood and it was wet around the battery and fuze block. If you put a booser on it, it starts right up and runs fine.....any GM gurus out there have any ideas, my first consideration is to find where the water is getting in, my dealer has no ideas.

it was the 12v battery under the hood...replaced..problem solved

Well, the good news here is that this doesn't seem to be hybrid related ... if water was getting in that system you'd have much bigger issues than this.
So this might be a problem that is for some extraordinary reason either unique to you, or something that would also manifest in non-hybrid GM full size suvs.
If it's the later hopefully someone who has experienced it before has a remedy ... you might also consider asking in a forum such as tahoeyukonforum, or any other forum where full size GM suv experts congregate, so as you have a greater probability of encountering someone who may know what is going on with your vehicle.
For the record, I'm not by any means recruiting ... just suggesting a strategy that may result in a greater probability of success.. I know that for me such venues have been as helpful to me to non-hybrid related issues as this forum has to hybrid information.
Let us know how it turns out.
