Default Math the key to hybrid design success

Mathworks worked with GM to develope their control system for the hybrid powertrain. They did in 9 months what was expected to take years using math and simulation based techology. Here is the article.

Thanks Mel very interesting article. It seems as though with the 2008's more realtime design and test was needed. Looks like GM used the early operators to do the flight test work.
