Spot-on, Jet1! Zero chance they didn't have a claim ready the day after the hail storm.

 

Finally some resolution, I brought my yukon in and I had circled all the small dents, the General Manager received instructions from the owners to work with me and keep me as a satisfied customer.

They ordered a 2010 with all the bells and whistles, they are taking mine as trade and its going to cost me $5000.

I can live with that, I think the only changes from 09 to 2010 are the USB charger and the auto stop in reverse...

But I do get another NEW car and 2 tax credits (Hybrids) I guess the dealership was not so bad after all, and I am happy I don't have to go to court. Thanks to all for the advice, My new hybrid should be arriving in 40-60 days.

 

Great News - you might ask them to contact their GM field manager and ask him/her to put a high priority on it to speed it up.

Regardless, glad you came to an agreement with them. Two hybrid tax deductions--- Now go buy a Fusion Hybrid and get another Tax Credit - the 8910 form has 3 colums for 3 vehicles.

 

Glad Bettercorp it worked out, however I think Mother GM may have had a hand in this.

More than 2 months waiting for production but I finally got my Hybrid (2010), I traded in my 09 for the 2010, I guess it was not a bad deal.

 

That is great news, now enjoy and please update ur experience with the SUV.
