I don't have my Tahoe Hybrid (has now 40'000 km) so long that it need service something. The Cadillac Escalade Hybrid was imported officially in Europe (I don’t know in Greece, but there are 2 Service contacts: http://www.cadillaceurope.com/en/index.php#/sales-and-service ).

For Hybrid-Specific issues maybe you can try Honda, at least in Switzerland there are plenty more PRIUS the Tahoes, and I guess as long you don’t need some special diagnostic tools it should be similar. The Dealer in the US confirm me that the Tahoe and Escalade are 100% the same, so the diagnostic computer should work on both.

Conserining the DVD I am in Contact with somebody from France how should have a European DVD, as soon I get it I will update.
