Going to do the test today.
Dug out an old android tablet and have it setup and ready to go but the battery is almost dead so it is charging at the moment.

Correction, not going to do the test today.
It seems that my OBDLink MX+ isn't compatible with Torque.

Torque is listed as a compatible app but it doesn't work.

It should. Did you pair it using the button?

If it's not working, it may be faulty even if it works with iphone. Most higher end models have different methods of BT connection between iOS and Android.

Turns out its the tablet that's not compatible.

I'll keep digging.
i found another Bluetooth adapter as well.
What about a Windows Tablet?

If it's been discharged a long time, it may take awhile to register a charge as the LiPo battery is probably under volt. I've had to leave them on for several hours before they'll charge.

No idea about Surface. Never seen one.

The old Samsung is taking a charge.
Lets hope I don't need to buy torque again. LOL

Nice!

It should be tied to your Google Play login. I've installed on multiple devices.

I did the logging and it didn’t save. I picked up a micro SD card to try again when I get a chance.
likely Friday.

I may be missing it, is there a setting to chose where to save the file in Torque?

Thanks.

Make sure you've flagged the PIDs for logging. If you haven't, you won't log them. From the realtime data, you select the settings wheel, start logging, run the test, stop logging and email them.

Micro SD card did the trick. Tested and it is logging. Friday I will have time to do the full log. Possibly Thursday night.

Thanks again for the help.

Jeff
