In your case, for peace of mind I'd just toss in a bottle of STP/whatever injector cleaner once or 2x a year. Its mostly methanol, an even stronger solvent than ethanol. Or fill up now and again with a few tanks of fuel that you know has ethanol in it (the toptier fuels, many premiums, and anyone living in an E10 mandated area). Both will largely do the same thing.

I must stress that your engine is designed to last well over 150K (200...) miles with just the fuel and service recommended in the manual, even under fairly severe driving conditions. It is very unlikely that you will suffer any fuel or emissions-related problems even after 15 years while using reputable fuel sources, even without using any 'extra' detergents. The insurance can't hurt, but don't go nuts looking for special fuel or additives.

Thanks GoNavy, I think that is some great straight foward advice. I won't worry about it much. I just wanted to stay ahead of any problems. I will go with a good cleaner a couple times a year. I know a Honda will last longer than other vehilces by default even taking care of it similarly. A family members 00 Mustang ran worse at 60k, than my 99 Accord at 110k. I just like to gather information and absorb it so I can do as much as possible to prevent any future problems. I learn it all now and I will do it without having to think about it later. Thanks again for all the info, help, and opinions.
