Hey PC12driver. I think that a hybrid turbo diesel will be really interesting as well. It will be a couple of years before I do anything that could void my warranty, but I've been spending time under the hood....
I'm not a big fan of VW's. I like the motors, but don't like the electrical systems. I'd like to see a U.S. manufacturer develop an awsome hybrid, or other alternate.
That link is pretty cool. Can't really beat the speed for the mileage, that is for sure.

I filled up a Piper Saratoga last weekend. 85 gallons at $3.55 per gallon.....I'm broke.
