My spreadsheet - use it if you like

Re: My spreadsheet - use it if you like
Here's mine. I just insert a new line when I fill it up, and change the range on the graph to include the new data. It shows very well the seasonal changes in economy from mild months to very cold and very hot months. I'm in Utah, where summer can be over 100 for weeks straight, and winter can be teens or colder for weeks straight.

My Spreadsheet
Attached is my spreadsheet for tracking the gas mileage of my Saturn Hybrid Vue.
Some of my features include:
Saturn Hybrid Vue
Saturn Gas Stats.xls
Some of my features include:
- I compute a rolling 3 tank average. This average smooths out the highs and lows that may occur from fillup to fillup.
- I run a scenario that compares my Hybrid Vue to a Non Hybrid Vue. I computed a 5 mpg increase with the Hybrid over the Regular Vue. That figures then generates cost savings based upon mpg and price per gallon. I could change that difference and compute a new cost savings.
- I count up tanks over 30mpg, 32 mpg, 34mpg and 36mpgs and compute the % of time I hit these marks.
- I also count up tanks over 500 miles and compute %.
- I computer Summer Gas mpg and Winter Gas mpg. Summer for me runs 3/1 to 10/31 and Winter is 11/1 to 2/28
- I also chart MPG over time with a regression line.
- I also keep track of brand and location of gas.
- I also have up and down arrows for the tank mpg based upon my lifetime mpg.
- I also computer cost per mile - based upon gas only.
- I also summarize my gallons saved.

Braden, Many thanks for the spreadsheet.
The dates highlighted in red indicate two partial fillups occurred, hence the reason the total gallons exceed the 12.3 gallon capacity of the Civic Hybrid.
