Default Hybridtechnologies, Inc?

Anyone heard anything about this company?

http://www.hybridtechnologies.com/pr...php?sec=1&id=2

They got a PT cruiser hybrid for ~$48k (modified Pt cruiser). Uses lithium that lasts for 1500 cycles (5 yrs if plugs in nightly?).

Another company doing plug-in/ev/hybrids. Excellent, the more, the sooner the common guy/gals and afford it!

Despite the company name it appears to me that these conversions are not hybrids at all, but rather electric vehicles. Of course, some would say that's better than a hybrid.

The converted Smart car seems kind of cool. I wonder whether a converted Smart or a converted Insight would have better range...
