$1.99 for Shell Regular in Laurel, MD. It's several miles out of my way, but it's also always a nickel cheaper than any local ("A list") station. Premium is 20-25 cents more.
(Bloodshot, try Houston, worst place for breathing I've lived in since leaving L.A.... Mm, the "speed bumps" on the Interstates down there weren't much fun, either. --And DC folks complain about their pot holes!)

Florence, CO (40 miles south of Co. Springs) : $1.979 - 1.999, 85-octane
Last week:
I-80 near Hastings, Nebraska: $2.149, 87-octane
Dubuque, Iowa: $1.949 - $1.999, 89-octane/10% ethanol
(87-octane w/no ethanol was a few cents more per gallon)
Hannibal, Missouri: $1.939, 87-octane
Great Bend, Kansas: $1.999, 87-octane
Last week:
