Default Who makes the after market battery pack?

I read somewhere in one of these great threads about an after market battery pack for the MMH/FEH that will give them better mpg's.
I would like to know (A LOT) more about them. Where can I get more info?

Nick, this is the weblink: http://www.hybrids-plus.com/ht/products.html

GPSman1 actually drove the first Escape Hybrid with this battery pack and made a report for all of us.

Here is another link to a different company with a different product that actually piggybacks onto your existing hybrid battery but does eat up cargo space.

Here is a link for a company (EnerDel) in Indiana that "claims" it will produce hybrid batteries for auto companies in 2010 for under $3000.00
http://www.evworld.com/news.cfm?newsid=16373

A123 is a/one of the companies that developing the newest hybrid batteries (partnered with GM and the Volt?) and former Ford Executive Mary Ann Wright is one of the lead persons for this upstart company.

Do a Goggle search for others and report back here with the latest information.
