"Stop Safely Now"

Re: "Stop Safely Now"
2011 Ford Escape Hybrid w/"Stop safely now" and engine complete shutdown. The ford threw the four Codes: P0562 (System Voltage Low) P1000 (OBD System Readiness Tet Not Complete) P1A10 (Hybrid Powertrain Control Module Battery Disabled) and P1A1B (Brake System Control Module- Forced Engine Running) Vehicle shutdown and towed to the house. Three days prior, the AC went out on the Escape on a road trip to South FL. Could there be a tie into the AC failure? Looking for a specialist in the Orlando, FL area for help OR any assistance here on the forum would be appreciated.

Re: "Stop Safely Now"
Newby here: I have a 2011 Ford Escape Hybrid and I had the wrench show up last Tuesday on a multi-hour round trip to West Palm Beach. First, the AC stopped working on the initial leg. The compressor (or something) was making a rattling noise, and now no longer turns on. IT wa time for an oil change and after that the wrench on the dash disappeared, but the AC still didn't work (one has nothing to do w/the other). Then on Friday, the SSN appeared and then shut down. Flatbed the vehicle to the house, and used an OBD-2 to attempt to get a diagnosis. The front tank for the coolant was almost empty; I've refilled it, just in case. The noise that I heard when engaging the AC have now stopped; possible compressor failure is suspected. Four codes showed:

Re: "Stop Safely Now"
Plain OBD2 readers can't pick up many FEH codes. Recommend you get Forscan. You don't have the whole picture yet.
You shouldn't expect taxi miles unless you're operating and maintaining it as a taxi. Since you're averaging <30K miles/year, it's safe to assume you're not driving it as a taxi.
Inop A/C means your battery is getting little to no cooling. The 2011 is already compromised because they removed the rear evap dedicated to the battery. It's possible you have battery codes related to cooling.
