ScanGaugeII and SoC XGauge
2008
FWD
3.15 (No *)
No Nav
No Recall announced
Do not seem to get Bat Temp. All other codes I pluged in work.

UPDATE:
If you have version 3.15 firmware, please double check the SG version and report (or edit your post) to indicate whether it is
3.15
OR
3.15*
The "*" symbol would appear by the upper right hand button on the SG.
Thanks to DesertDog for noting this difference.

It seems extremely likely that the issue is with the 3.15* version. This is actually not a software rev, but the asterisk indicates a different microprocessor. Hopefully Ron can figure out why the battery xgauges aren't working with that processor. I can't remember if the * means the old or new microprocessor.....
For those that can't read the battery air temp, I suggest trying the Battery Average Module Temperature Tav.

Carl,
I previously posted. FYI, my 08 FEH AWD, SGII-xgauge, Tav DOES work, but Batt Air Temp (BTM) has never worked. I'm pretty much convinced that the 08 has a different PID for BTM, but can't prove/disprove. I also wish that Ron @ Linerar Logic can solve this one before summer

Tav DOES work in my 2005, and DOES match the car message center display, and as far as I can tell, Tav is what the car uses to make decisions about battery cooling, etc. So it looks like this is the one to watch.
I have no idea what the other one (BTM) is measureing, but this A.M. was several degrees colder than Tav.
I always get a number for BTM, but the number is very slow to change.
Could this be measured in the air duct in the side panel perhaps above the blend door, so that when I use my battery and get it "warm" this number does not change if the door is closed? Carl, maybe you see faster updates in warm weather, because the door is open in warm weather?

I also seem to have
NO MxC, DxC,Tmx, Tmn, Tav, or Txc
Thats essentially everything that has to do with temperature and charge limits in the battery. My guess would be that the BCM flash on the recall MOVED some of the locations for these values and we are going to have to find the new ones
