Hi all, It's a 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid. This just started yesterday. At low speed and at idle, the engine is running a little rough. When I floor it, the car will go with no hiccups, backfires or hesitation. When I let off the gas, it does not idle smoothly. I replaced the throttle body yesterday and number 1 and 3 coil packs a month ago.
It feels like a slight misfire. Any comments welcomed. Thanks Jim

 

How many km or miles? Any codes? Bad new throttle body or vacuum connections to it or air leak? Another coil pack gone?

 

There are 110,000. miles on the Escape in question which is my car. All new coil packs and spark plugs 3 weeks ago. I haven't checked the latest codes, of which there were too many to count at first mechanic's inspection. Jim thinks it could be an engine management issue. Kallie
