Yes, My FEH came with one from the factory

 

So did my FEH.

All the ones I've seen - dealer's lots, on the street, etc. - have them.

Did you mean a special kind - an add-on to the factory installed one? Or was your FEH delivered to you incomplete.

(Note: Some drivers have removed the rack from its tracks in order to improve FE. Perhaps you could check with them to see if the rack is available?

 

I should've been more specific. Cargo racks like "Thule" mounted on the roof racks for extra storage when needed.

 

Roof storage will destroy your mileage. Better to throw on a hitch and plug in a platform to haul stuff on. You can install the hitch yourself and there are a variety of platflorms and carriers that you can then plug in. Just my $0.02. That being said I have seen many Yakima and Thule racks on the standard Escapes. You should have your pick. Good luck!
