Default Replacing electric heater pump 2007 Escape Hybrid

Hi all,
I need to replace the electric cabin heater pump in my 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid, as I am not getting any heat when it is in electric mode during the winter. I need a part number (I only seem to find the MECS cooling pump, and not the cabin heater pump) or at least a picture so I know what it looks like. I have also been trying to locate a video or step-by-step guide on how to replace it online without any luck. I know it's rather straight-forward, but have some questions (like do you drain all the coolant when you remove the old pump, or pinch the hose off to save it? Also, should I disconnect the 12v battery and/or worry about any high voltage connection for it from the hybrid battery?) Again I found videos for replacing the MECS but not the cabin heater pump.

Any help is welcome!
Thanks!
