Default P0400 egr

Any idea on how to remove the EGR? I searched google and i could not find anything. I was halfway in removing it last night but the second bolt was behind a water coolant tube. Has anyone removed this before, without having to remove the coolant pipe blocking the second bolt?

Thanks in advance!

i looked at mine - wish i could help. the illustration only shows one bolt; there has to be two.
i could not see anything - guess the throttle body has to come off. are you working from the top
or can you access it from the bottom?
years ago that was one of the emission parts to discard. i took mine off and cut the rod off flush and put a penny over the hole and
bolted it back down - but that was on a 73 chevy c10 with a 454 (and i still have it).
$214.75 at the dealer - not cheap.

I was working from the top of the engine. there are 2 bolts that hold the EGR per the parts. I could not reach the second bolt that is covered by another hose port. After putting everything back off the engine light went out. I guess playing around the EGR cleared the engine light. It probably unstuck the EGR lol.
