This is Hybrid orders from your same dealer?

Yes, the dealer can change priority order for their own orders. But if you are (still) 10, that's their best. However, that has no relationship at all with orders from other dealers. All 10 means, is that you will be this dealer's next hybrid built. There could be 20,000 hybrid orders, from other dealers, all ahead of you.

I only know of one other Hybrid that has come in to my dealership since I placed the order. No idea if they ordered it before or after mine. The example from above is from another dealer, no idea where.

So why would someone that ordered their car from another dealer, three weeks after I placed my order, get theirs a whole month before I get mine? The only option I didn't get was the NAV system.

There are tons of possible reasons...

Availability of different parts and paint, comes to mind.

There is also the plain truth of just where this particular dealership stands in "ranking" with Ford. The more cars a dealer sells, the more they command Ford's attention. Sell more 4-cyl Milans, earn more hybrids. That sort of thing.

Hi, I have an 2008 FEH on order and I would like to dowload the owners manual. I tried the Ford WEB site, but it looks like a need a VIN before I can download manuals. Is there another way to download the manual?

Thanks, Ken

Another reason why it might be a longer wait...

"The new 2008 Mariner also turned in a stellar May. Mercury's small SUV recorded an eye-popping 87 percent sales increase. It was the third-best sales month ever for Mariner, which also was the top retail sales vehicle for the Lincoln and Mercury brands."

That site did not require a vin, just right click on the link, save targes as & download the PDF's.

If you do need a VIN, try this one - 4M2CU29H38KJ07205
(found on BlueOvalForums in a post for a 08MMH request.)

If you need a VIN for your FEH, do a search here:
http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums...p?showforum=80

And look for Escape Hybrid

With a vin that you find, you should be able to use the Ford site again.
