Default Need '08 FEH floor mats

Anyone know of a place I can order these without having to mess with a dealership? I need a new one, as I seem to have worn a hole in the driver's side mat. Thanks!

I wonder if mine say "Mariner" on them... If not, I would sell mine to you--they have never been used since I replaced them with rubber ones before driving the car off the lot. I saw them in the basement the other day but don't remember if they are Mercury "specific." I'll check if you're interested.

Edit: if you're already worn through them, you might consider replacing them with all weather ones...mine have been great!

Might be a good idea.

Again, any suggestion on where to buy? I know I was offered the all weather floor mats when I purchased the car, but the prices for every accessory offered were outrageous. They offered me a cargo cover for $350 and, when I scoffed, said "Come on, you're financing it, it's not like it matters." I wanted to stick a pen in the woman's eye.

So yeah, revised: Where can I purchase all weather floor mats for the FEH 08, preferably without having to screw with a dealership? Surely there's an alternate source for these items.

Weathertech.com is one of the aftermarket brands with a loyal following.

Normally I'd say look here, but the Floor Mats (See Accessories) don't have a discount off the MSRP.

I've had my Husky liners since before I picked up my Escape. 34,000mi later and they still look new. Definitely no where near any holes.

Check http://www.huskyliners.com/floorliners.html for product information and then look around. There are numerous online vendors that sell them.

If you want to let your mouse do the walking, there are many Ford dealers online which will have prices that beat the pants off of 'local' dealers and don't give you the runaround you've experienced. I've bought all of my Ford accessories, from floor mats to running boards, online and never had a problem.

Yeah, the finance fairy will wave her little wand and you won't pay a cent right? I love car dealer's attitude...

I've heard good things about weathertech too, and I looked at them when I bought. They were about the same price as the stealership so I went with the stealership for convinience (and the financing fairy). If weathertech was the same price as the dealership, you might be able to find some OEM ones online for cheaper per D-mac's post above.

Q: How the heck did you wear them out in 1 year?

4 years and 90,000 miles later, mine are still A-ok.

I wear sneakers 3/4 of the time and steel-toe work boots 1/4 of the time.
