Wax, Polish, what's that? this isn't a floor or shoe! 
Nah I just go throught a $5 car wash. It's the kind with brushes and it pulls you through it. My water is so hard at home, by the time I put the hose down & stand up the car is a solid white covered statue
So I have to go elseware to keep clean, for now anyway.
I will have to wax it one day tho, will probably just use the Ice I bought for "Big Blue" & Betty. 10-15 yrs ago I spent hours cleaning a car that could never shine anyway, these days i don't have the time/patience to mess with it.
