I think someone here or at Escape City ordered the battery fans and installed them himself. As I recall, it was not reported to difficult or terribly expensive.
Can't help you on the door motor.
This is my last hybrid, not because I've had any major hybrid issues, but because I don't need the grief if I do, especially in the middle of nowhere.

I'm pretty sure the guy who posted his how-to-do-it thread did not do an ECM reprogram. I was told I had to do this for the door motor replacement but did not and it works fine.
