I had my oil changed at 7500 when I had my tires rotated and balanced. Then the change oil message came on at 10k and it is driving me crazy. Each time I start I have to push the info and button next to it on nav system to make it go away. Anyone know how to reset it for real? Or I'll just have them reset it when I take it in for the TCM.....

PS - Anyone find a dealer who really knows the hybrid systems? Mine still seems to be learning so I'm glad it's been ok...

 

Hit info, go to where it says how many miles till oil change, and then hold set.

I am not directly in front of it (obviously) however I believe that is the steps, or very close to it.

 

Isn't this in the FAQ? If not can we add it? This is like the third or forth time its come up.

Incidentally... not intending to be nasty, but it is in the manual as well.

 

Hay, not even a Ford certified hybrid mechanic seems to know about it.
