and here is a mosfet I found that isnt too big, Ill try to use the blue wire to trigger this

With the motor controller and mosfet listed above I can command full speed fan spin when mounted in the batter pack.

I'm going to get another set for the other fan. It has a tendency to not want to spin on it's own right away.
