Would anyone happen to know if/where you can purchase technical documentation/factory manuals for the FEH?

I am very interested in the design and operation of this vehicle and thought it would be interesting reading.

 

Search the archives in the Yahoo Group hybrid_ford_escape -- some of the early messages were from people looking for, and acquiring (it's not cheap) the manual(s).

 

Go to helminc.com. They have all that you're looking for. And it's pricey.
You could troll ebay for bootleg copies.

If you just want to download the owners' manual and associated items that are usually found in the car's glovebox, just go to fleet.ford.com, click on the maintenance tab and enter the year/make/model info.

 

A year ago, I found the Helms set of Shop Manuals (5) on Ebay for $110, The Powertrain manual was the best for reading about the eCVT back then. If you want the best technical information on the FEH, go to the patents. Here is a valuable list of patents I found that may help.
