Default Does PA have the extended 150K mile battery pack warranty on FEHs??

I am trying to figure out how long Ford covers the battery pack in a 2005 Ford Escape hybrid for?

is PA a state that it has the required extended warranty?

I know most states are 100K miles/8 years.... but I am thinking PA is one of the exceptions where it's 150K miles/10 yrs.

How do I find this out?

I am looking to buy one with 80K. If PA covers 150K, I will sign on the dotted line. IF its only 100K, I cant take that risk.

Please help!
