Question Newbie question: Best practices for driving

Greetings,

I just purchased a used '07 FEH (75K on it), and I'm looking for tips on "best practices" for optimizing my mileage (and the life of the vehicle). I've been browsing some of the posts here, and getting some good information, but I'm wondering if there is a forum post/web site that has much of this in one place.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
