I have a 06 FEH that rattles from the battery pack in the back whenever I go over a bump on the road. The dealer says it might be my muffler. Has anyone else have this problem? Andy, Los Angeles

I have a rattle in the back and it happends when I go into a driveway a little fast. It sounds like an old worn out shock that is loose. I couldnt even believe it when I first heard it. I need to get under it and find out what it is. Yours maybe something different, check the spare tire & stuff in the compartment

 

Might want to ask in the FEH forum if anyone has had that problem? Not too many here in the HCH forum have Escape's.
Just a thought.
