Default Anybody need a pet cargo liner?

I have a brand new dark grey Ultimate Pet liner that will fit an 05 with no rear speakers (and probably later). 054681 60/40 No Rear Speakers. It's $225 new, I am asking $100 plus shipping. I decided to go with a caninecover instead. It's a nice liner even if you don't have pets..... I'm just trying to clean out the garage.

I may be interested.
The only speaker back there is the Sub. and I have it... but it may not matter since it is only for the deep bass?

What is it made out of? Would a tool belt (with attachments) or step ladder or pet kennel cut through the material? What about ski boots? Is it water-proof for melting snow? What does it weigh ( or what is shipping cost? )?

Thanks.
