Default 2008 Escape Hybrid - P0A1F-20

Hello all, I'm new to the forum but have browsed here before, gathering info and I'm finally ready to ask a question. I betting everyone will say the battery is toast but that's fine, I just need confirmation and suggestions on the next steps.

Background:
Owned this car for a little over 3 years and put about 37k miles on it. It's been great. First problem that came up was in January 2024 when we had a cold snap of -10f and the engine was sluggish to start and a bunch of codes popped up (some were odd like restraint system) primarily a P0A1F-P & P0A1F-60 in BECM. Cleared the codes and all was fine throughout the rest of 2024 until November. Got the first P0A1F-20. Then another P0A1F-20 in January and then another today. Temperatures were again negative today so it was expected to misbehave.

I cleared the codes this afternoon and looked at the data in Forscan before starting the engine (so everything was stone cold from this morning). I recorded the data in a video while I started the engine and drove around. The wrench and check engine lights never illuminated on the test drive. But, from reading on here, my delta_mod_v is way too high and the battery has bad cells that are discharging overnight and in the cold.

Here's the video, I started the engine cold at 4 seconds in:

I'm used to a Prius which is similar but different, I don't see an option to see individual cell voltages or differences in Forscan so I'd just like someone more familiar to say "yes, it's dead" or "it's the BCM, replace it".

If it's dead, what are my next steps? I want to keep this vehicle on the road. There's not a lot of rust (some body in the rear driver quarter panel but none structurally concerning), it's at 203k miles which is high but I don't see why it can't go to 250k. The engine does have a little fishbite misfire which I've read can be valves on this engine but I've personally gone through and done all the maintenance/tune-ups you can think of including testing coil resistance. It hasn't gotten worse since we've owned it and doesn't throw codes for misfire nor does it misfire under load so I'm willing to live with that. Everything else is great, 4wd works, it does what we ask of it, no other major issues.
Is green bean the go-to source for a new battery? Is there other options? Do I need to reset the battery "clock" I hear about in Forscan with a replacement? Any advice is welcome. Thank you.

Del_mod_v of 0.5 is sign of failure of one or more cells. A healthy battery will not be above 0.19.

Greenbean is likely the most viable.

Some have also rebuilt with Chinese sticks.

Thanks for the reply, I was worried about that. I believe I checked the del_mod_v a year ago and found it to be 0.19 but I'm afraid now that I never hit the "play" button in Forscan and that was a default value...

I'm not opposed to rebuilding but I'd rather not piece it together and always be looking for the failing sticks. It's a family and I don't mind tinkering on my own but this needs to be reliable. So I'd be looking at buying all new sticks and at that point, I feel like a whole unit isn't too far off or am I thinking wrong?

Is Greenbean the best or are there other recommendations? I see a lot of hate on the Prius sections for Greenbean. I think I saw Green Tec Auto as well.
