I just solved this issue in my 07 mariner hybrid. It was a bad cel in 12v battery. Update. This solved the car not starting after going dead however car did act up again today twice but restarted just fine. New 12v battery at 100% charge. Cooling fans in hybrid battery non functioning. No ev after engine warm up.
