In one of its recent videos, YouTube channel Auditograpy offers an in-depth look at the 2023 A6 Avant e-tron. The E.V.’s 100 kWh powertrain churns out 470 HP of power and 590 lb-ft of torque.

We were first introduced to the 2024 Audi A6 e-tron back in 2021 when it looked more like a liftback Audi A7. Audi announced the car would get 435 miles of range. A 100 kWh battery pack would allow the EV to accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in under 4 seconds. A slew of rumors soon followed claiming that the Ingolstadt brand might also be working on an estate Avant e-tron version. Much to our delight, the EV made its global debut earlier this month.

In one of its recent videos, YouTube channel Auditography gets up close with the A6 Avant e-tron concept and offers an in-depth look at its gorgeous styling. For those unfamiliar with the new E.V, Volkswagen’s P.P.E platform underpins the 2023 A6 Avant e-tron. The car’s styling is also consistent with Audi’s contemporary design language.

At the rear, we find Digital Matrix OLED technology in the taillights, which stretch across the width of the E.V. A closed single-frame grille dominates the front end of the A6 Avant e-tron.

Oliver Hoffman, Audi Board of Member for Technical Development, also shared his thoughts on the new A6 Avant e-tron in a press release.

“With the Audi A6 Avant e-tron concept, we are offering a completely tangible look at future production models on our new P.P.E. technology platform,” says Hoffmann. He further adds, “We’re not just electrifying the Avant’s successful 45-year history. What we want most of all is to use technical skill to add an exclamation point.”

The car comes complete with Audi’s powerful 800 Volt technology. As a result, the new A6 Avant e-tron also gets 270 kW charging capacity and can deliver 435 miles of WLTP range. Furthermore, with its rapid charging capability, customers can get 186 miles of range after just 10 minutes of charge. The electric vehicle gets a slippery body that has a 0.24 drag coefficient.

The car seen in the video also flaunts a beautiful Neptune Valley gray paint job. The EV rides on a set of 22-inch wheels. Lastly, one can also replenish the 100 kWh battery pack of the electric wagon up to 80% capacity in just 25 minutes.
