Site is almost unusably slow this morning...page loads are taking 2-3 minutes.

 

A lot of the double posts are a result of the forum hanging up when loading...

I feel like I'm talking in space

 

I have experienced it too. The editor screen hangs when posting a reply, and you wait, wait and wait. Then you are not sure if it posted or not.

I have been opening a second window to go see if it actually posted before leaving the editor in the first screen and losing my post. Then I can hit "Submit Reply" again if it did not post the first time.

I have seen it about four times in the last week.

 

There appears to be no interest in fixing the issues...

 

Any change now?

 

Checking. It will take a few days to know for certain.

Much better today, load times at 3-5 seconds. Probably wouldn't hurt to keep an eye on it, as it got progressively worse after the maintenance and backups last time.

Good. There was a server misconfiguration that has since been fixed.

 

Solid over the weekend with 3-5 seconds and no failed loads. Posts now seem to operating normally again.
