I think it would be really nice if people could submit at least one picture of their car to the real mileage database when they create the first entry. Maybe few people would bother taking pictures but it would be a nice option, and a small thumbnail of the first picture could be displayed on the pages that list the various cars.

 

That feature is already there.

 

Oh. Well when you look at, for example, the list of Civic Hybrid CVTs, no thumbnails of people's cars are shown. Does that mean nobody uploaded a picture or does it just mean they're not shown in the list-view? Because that's one of the things I suggested... I think it'll be nice.

 

If you go to an individual entry in the database, there is an option to add a photo.

That's correct. You must first post a picture in the Share section. Then, you input the image ID into a field on your car editing page. The main car list viewis supposed to be very efficient and small so there really isn't room for images.

 

It was the main list view I was thinking should display images, but keeping it small and light is a perfectly fine strategy and it would have to be modified a bit to have room for even tiny thumbnails, I admit.
